Call Center

Sony Nationwide Call Center:
DMS successfully launched Sony’s first Customer Call Center in the Middle East. This center handles all customer inquiries, complaints and comments. With a state of the art infrastructure and a representative web enabled application “CAST”- developed by DMS. The call center has been able to perform with excellence when benchmarked with other call centers in the region.

Proctor & Gamble Call Center:
Launching the first P&G Consumer Call Center in Saudi Arabia was one of DMS's greatest accomplishments. In the last 2 years this customer service center has prospered remarkably to the point where we today give training to other P&G Call Centers located in other countries. Not only that, but this call center has also supported the product development function in P&G, where in some cases new products were launched due to analysis and information attained from this call center.

Al Fursan Membership Service Center:
Since 2005, DMS has been appointed as the sole service provider to take over and manage the entire AlFursan FFP Member Service Center. The center has 18 agents working in 2 different shifts. To insure the highest quality of customer service, all representatives go through intensive training done by both DMS and Saudi Airlines. As for technology, the AlFursan call center is equipped with the latest call center technologies with an impressive Cisco backbone and a fully activated IVR where members can request files to be sent by fax, mail or email or just simply check their air miles automatically

Goody Answer & Win promotion (Interactive Voice Response IVR):
A promotion campaign was executed by Goody through outdoor signs and TV commercials. The campaign invited consumers to call an 800 Toll Free number, answer the questions related to Goody categories/products, and enter a weekly draw to win cash prizes. The campaign was launched Kingdom wide for 6 months with a total number of 380,000 received calls.
