In Store: Nestlé
As Ramadan's was approaching, Nestlé planned for a huge campaign called "The Nestlé Chef Campaign". The campaign was launched in 5 cities in the Kingdom and went on for 6 weeks during Shaban & Ramadan. The campaign was composed of live cooking shows , in store promoters, a call center (agents and chefs providing callers with cooking tips & recipes), in addition to Magazine inserts, D2D leaflets, SMS communications, and finally ending with cash prize raffles to draw people & callers into filling application forms. |

Door To Door (DTD): Head & Shoulders (P&G)
DMS successfully carried out a D2D campaign for Head & Shoulders, where samples were distributed through out Kuwait, 3 main cities in Saudi Arabia, and 5 main cities in UAE. Within two weeks, 500,000 samples were distributed. |

SMS & Email Broadcast: Al-Arabi Oil (Savola Group)
Al- Arabi Oil is well known to be one of the best vegetable oils used for fried food. In order to maintain that perception, Al-Arabi organized in-store cook shows around the Kingdom that stressed on the oil's crunchiness. Our job in DMS was to plan the whole campaign starting from creative materials, to backing up the campaign with weekly e-mails (a total of 36,000 personalized e-mails sent every week), along with SMS messages (47,000 SMS's were sent to invite mothers and kids to attend Al Arabi in-store road shows), in addition to a promotional website, a call center, and data entry services. |
