  Mr. Abdallah Hamidaddin

A leader at heart; Mr. Abdallah has been at the heart of the winning organization culture in DMS. As a board member, Mr. Abdullah's directions and guidance have been critical. His relentless pursuit of knowledge through his academic record, that encompasses one bachelor degree, two masters and a work-in-progress Ph.D., allows him to truly add insight. As an author of over 5 published books and a series of public speaking events, Mr. Abdallah has been a community leader. He has worked on high profile projects with the latest being "Developing a Behavior forecasting Model" for the province of Makka Al-Mukarrama.

Mr. Yousef Hamidaddin
CEO and Member of the Board

Entrepreneur and visionary: These are the best words to describe Mr. Yousef. He is the person that has brought “Direct Marketing” as an industry to life in our region. Following his degree in Economics and his work at Procter and Gamble, Mr. Yousef has envisioned the advent of Direct Marketing in Saudi Arabia and the region. His launch of DMS in 2000 came as a true demonstration of his belief. Today, he is a strategic thinker and serves on the management boards of many prominent organizations. He has in five years taken DMS from a small local firm with a vision to a regional organization catering to some of the biggest multinational and local clients.

Mr. Rasheed Al-Kibsy
General Manager

Coming to DMS from a solid research background with P&G, Mr. Rasheed brings on board the crucial analytical thinking needed to succeed in a consumer understanding base industry. He started in Client Services and led one of the first database profiling initiatives with P&G which lead to breakthrough business results.  Since his assumption of GM within DMS, he has put in place sustainable growth strategies which have enabled DMS to further enhance its offerings. He has led and worked closely with giants such as the Bin Laden Group, Goody, and SHB to formulate and craft winning marketing concepts. His marketing understanding strength, vertical thinking and commitment to excellence have been critical in the success of DMS.

Laurent Bogros

Director of Business Development & Client Servicing

Global and functional expertise put Mr. BOGROS at the forefront of what DMS is all about.  He has extensive experience in Direct & Database Marketing, working with world leader Wegener DM in Europe as the Head of Database Marketing-France.  He has worked with Advanced Computer Research Institute (ACRI), building a European Massive Parallel Computer. Also, with VeriFone worldwide leader in electronic payment, leading the EMEA field and strategic marketing, in addition to  L'Oreal and  Alcatel. He holds an Executive International MBA and a Pre-PhD in Microelectronics.  His drive, dynamic approach and focus have enabled DMS to take leaps into achieving its plans in the field of Direct Marketing.  As head of Business Development & Client Servicing, Mr. Laurent has inspired the team to deliver outstanding ideas and solutions placing DMS clients at the very center of everything DMS does.

Sanousi Abdulla Abujula

Director of Finance and Accounting department

Sanousi Abujula is the Head of Finance and Accounting department of DMS. He previously worked as a Group Financial Controller with Al Salam Group, KSA, where he handled corporate accounting systems, budgeting functions, consolidation, and advisory services to the management. He also worked as a Director of Internal Audit with SAMCO Group Ltd, KSA; where he conducted operational audit, financial audit, compliance audit, and financial feasibility studies for various corporate capital expenditure projects resulting in cost saving for the company, and implementing Activity-Based-Costing. Other positions held by Mr. Sanousi include working as an Audit Manager for KPMG Fouzan & Banga, Auditor for Ernst & Young International, Audit Manager for Banga, Senior Auditor for Mohammed Al Mohanna, and providing financial consultancy services to numerous firms. Mr. Sanousi is a CPA holding a B. Sc. in Accounting from the University of Khartoum; along with QMS Auditor, Lead Auditor, and internal Auditor certifications.
