Communications and Infrastructure is handled by honor graduates in Computer Engineering who have been trained in the best-in-class training centers in the region. The knowledge mastered includes Networking, IP Telephony, Call Centers Setup and Operations, IVR development, Technical Support... etc.
Data Management is handled by Oracle certified computer science graduates with strong business understanding and experience in managing data from different sources and in different formats. The areas of focus include Database Administration, Data Warehousing, Data Cleaning, Quality Assurance... etc.
The team working on Applications Development in DMS includes system analysts and software engineers graduating with honors in MIS and Software Engineering majors form KFUPM. They implement industry standard techniques in system analysis and design with in depth understanding of the business.
